REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your BLUEMYTH Global purchase, you can request a return within 14 days after your delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for return processing.

Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment.

If the product you purchased is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, BLUEMYTH Global reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at BLUEMYTH Global’s sole discretion.

Return requests should be sent to feedback@bluemythglobal.com with photos as proof to report the damage or wrong item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. After you’ve submitted a return request via email, we will reply with detailed return instructions and guide you through the procedure.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed and inspected. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for shipping an item that’s over $75 to ensure it arrives. We are not responsible for lost packages. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We always recommend you to contact your credit card company if a refund has not been sent back to your bank account after we have approved the return as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
